Buddhist Monk Teaches Joyful Meditation for Health, Happiness, Calm, and Wisdom
Free event: Theravada monk Prah Katakuno (Scott A. Hunt) will present teachings and short meditation sessions using Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, and insight meditation techniques. These meditations will promote MORE JOY here and now, and will contribute to improvements in health, happiness, calm, and wisdom. Participants in Saturday's class will still find benefit in Sunday's teachings.
